Super shots, like the MD11 & Korean Air 747
Nice shots.
Merely just an observation of their performance in general. Excel are meant to be the best charter airline, so no, we aren’t slating them.
I remember it being 1hr20 minutes late the other week.
For Excel in general, looks like they’ve got a few problems at the moment not only with their long haul fleet, given the delays at Gatwick:D:

Very interesting.
LGW is to become a diversion airfield for the 380, but at the moment i would guess they would use one of the remote stands.
The runway length was never a problem, it’s generally the width of the runways that need doing along with the strength of it.
Interesting wing-view shots.
It’s a great sight (& sound) when standing under a Jumbo on landing:). Good shots.
Very nice shots. US Airways has a highly professional looking livery & I love it.
There was a typically wild rumour on pprune that 1 A380 was to be deployed at Gatwick for Orlando services, but highly unlikely in the short term I believe.
XLA 852/3 it goes LGW-MAN-BGI-MAN-LGW
normally operated by a 767-300
… and is nearly always late.
Splendid Jet2 and BA shots there.
I’m flying in America at the moment in the 767…
