Does anyone know at what height the Vulcan will be transitting between main venues
A truly inspirational Gentleman without whom the world is a sadder place. Respect to all his family and long live East Kirby aviation museum and above all Just Jane in to the wild blue yonder to
fulfil Freds dream
2 Mustangs
Spotted at 11.47 today flying low and following the main Rail line between Diss and Norwich with The steam Loco Oliver Cromwell below them believe it was Janie and Marinell
Has anyone an update on the Sally B it was very sad that she was once again unable to do the flypast at Madingley. Having lived in the area for many years it was always great to see the B17 in the skies around the county and beyond and I sincerely hope that it is only a minor problem.
Great to see Sally B at Horham last week.

Hi Sealordlawrence.
So pleased that you saw the vulcan and that you enjoyed what you saw, if you or any one else reading this reply are not already a members, It’s not to late to get involved as donations and club members are still very much needed to keep this iconic aircraft up in the air

Lowestoft Airshow.
Hi Canberra-TT18
Hi, does anyone know what will be flying at Lowestoft next week?. Some people have got a program already.
I asked the same question in another thread a short while ago having recieved my Lowestoft Airshow programme which states that the Vulcan will be displaying on both days. I had noticed however that it was the only aircraft displaying that had not currently showing a sponsor.
I recieved the following reply from forumee Vulcan903.
The people who run the event might have paid for her to appear, so long as it’s not raining and 558 is serviceable she will be there – enjoy.
Hope that this helps.
Lowestoft Programme
As regards the point raised concerning the Lowestoft Airshow. I have now recieved my programme for the Lowestoft airshow and according to the flying schedule the Vulcan is down to fly on both days Thursday 24th at 16.00hours and 15.30 hours on Friday 25th. Having looked through the programme I have noticed that 558 is the only aircraft not currently showing a sponsor so I suspect that although shown as flying it could be a case of No sponsor , No Fly.
Hopeing for better news in the next few days with a sponsor coming forward so that 558 can show herself down here in East Anglia after all it can only do good for her to be seen in as many areas as possible.
HERES HOPEING.
Hi
I wasn’t aware that the Liberty Belle was going to Biggin this weekend has anyone any Idea when she will be returning to Duxford as I Can’t make legends this year and I would like to get to see her.

The impossible has been achieved and I look forward to seeing 558 fly at waddo over the next few days. watching the events unfold over the last couple of hours has been a delight and I would like to congratulate & thank all concerned for all the effort that has been put in to this amazing project.
I sincerely hope that all the forumees that have constantly knocked the project over the last year or so now feel humble as they truly should after all Rome wasn’t built in a day .
Well the alarm clock is set , The car fuelled, and I shall be having an early night, hope to see some of you at Waddo.
I have heard on the grapevine that a request has been made for the Liberty Belle to land at Tibenham in Norfolk during It’s visit in July. Can anyone validate this story one way or the other
I am relatively a new member to this forum but have been viewing it for some time. It seems that we have another thread started that will cause nothing but unneccesary alarm to forumees. The title is presumptious and I feel that more information should have been obtained before pressing keys on the keyboard and creating a mountain out of a possible molehill. As we have seen on many threads of late we hear and see things that immediately make us hit the keys without thinking of the implications to both viewers of the forum and those who work in the industry of keeping these wonderful aircraft flying. My advice to all is to listen and watch but also think before scripting threads on this or any forum.
BBMF at Horham on Sunday
Whilst at work at Diss in South Norfolk on Sunday I spotted The Lancaster to the south of the town at approx 2.20pm heading East toward Horham, In the distance I could also see what I believe was the Hurricane but it was at some distance from the Lancaster, I note in the display calender that a spitfire was also due to flypass at Horham does anyone know why the spitfire didn’t seem to appear.
Great shots from a little digi camera and thank goodness at last that someone is being positive about 558 instead of constantly running the project down, I am sure that everything is being done that can be done about funding and that ultimately things will come together in the mean time may be we can just enjoy the moment and if anyone is not happy with the situation then step back from it and stop being so negative.
Lest We Forget
Hi This is my first thread, but I felt it was right to acknowledge the photos posted on this rememberence day. I whole heartedly agree with the originator of this thread that we have a duty to remember those who gave us the freedom that we have today, Regrettably I was at work today but I did take the opportunity to observe the two minute silence at 11.oo clock.
I feel sure that there is not a person in this country that has not been affected by war in some way and I have always felt that the reasons for
Rememberence Sunday should be actively explained in schools so that young people appreciate the sacrifice that was made in days gone by and indeed today. We Will Remember Them
