hi robert,
the most perfect side view of the gunsight and bracket in situ, thank you again, i owe you.
hi robert,
sent you an email:D
i was going to say,
what about the rest of the airframes on there.
wish they would dig up a bristol brigand.
hi robert,
it was me looking for the images, level from port side, gun sight and mounting and all visible bits and pieces.
seeing as my mother died when i was only 2 years old, she did not have time to teach me anything.
ok so forget it, i always give thanks to those that help, those that act the prat i don’t even listen to.
hi critter,
the shepshed one is funny, many years back it was drained for repair, and guess what, no german bomber, :diablo:
hi vultee35,
richards article is only just the beginning, if ever i get my act together there will be a complete six view drawing complete with accurate rivet and panel line detail, and also interior skeletal views showing engine and all the gummings, please don’t hold your breath i ain’t the fastest worker, ain’t that right JDK!
😮
talking of this one richard,
did i send all the photos of it with the rest of the stuff, can’t find anywhere near what i had, must have put it in a safe place:o
it’s all the images of the parts waiting for restoration.
got the email, i am impressed.
hi Tom,
go here,
bryan is one of the nicest people on the internet, and of it, he will welcome you with open arm.
hi peter,
do you have any images of your aircraft when in service, getting close to the point where i will be putting marking on .
hi tom,
just one point, get rid of the stupid animated opening page, people want a site that open straight away without all the fancy do da , a static main page is just as good and looks more professional.
second thing, do you know bryan ribbans over on seawings, i’m sure he would love a walkround of your vickers viking.
little update,
just to show you i am working on this, please ignore the overall extra dark sea grey, just using the colour so i can see my rivets. the quality of the original is far better, the jpeg compression makes a bit of a mess of it.
