When you look at the top picture on page 41 of the february issue of FP magazine 2010, it’s hard to believe that Grumpy made the trip to the US. The propellor of the port engine is missing at least one blade!!!

Came across this website and postcard showing MJ271 while still atop a building at Delfzijl rotting away. This is now at HFL as you know. Any more old pics of this old lady?

Very interesting to watch. Most shots look very peaceful: nice weather, smiling people, flying and maintaining Spits and of course the voice of dame Vera Lynn.

I thought the only dutch twin engined aircraft that i can think of used Mercury engines in stead of Pegasus engines?

When you see the number of years that members have been here and the number of posts they made, it’s a real shame that there’s hardly any reply from Key to the feedback given here. As soon as there‘s an alternative, this forum will be dead.
