From the last Air Fan:

The first AdA squadron will be fitted with Rafale F2 at the end of 2006.
These F2s will have the main A2G functions, the OSF optronic turret, Spectra EW system, Link 16 and an upgraded version of RBE2. SCALP and MICA IR will be able to be carried but the AASM INS/GPS guided bomb will be delivered later due to delay in development.

Steve,

The rafale was the last but one display (at about 18:00) at Lann Bihoue open day. It was flown by the 12F sqn leader.

Remember that in 1999, 6 missiles (AMRAAMs, Phoenixs ad Sparrows) were fired at two iraqi Mig-25 by US F-15s and F-14s. The missiles missed but the iraqi retreated.
