Can I make a suggestion to the team.
All the parts that will not be being used in the rebuild to fly could be at some point used in an onsite auction to raise funds, IE the fillets etc that will not be returning to the aeroplane for flight, I do not mean a willy nilly ebay auction I mean a full blown on site auction house style auction towards the end of the rebuild,
What does anyone else think?

And great work going on there chaps n chapesses, cannot wait for the air to get beneath the wheels

Did any ‘109 ever get farther north than Londinium..? Doubtful without RAF serial number.

I know 190s got into Suffolk, and a 109 could with extra tanks, do not know why I am drawn to German

Hi Spark Plug, with the weather the way it has been you never know but it is a bit far up for 109s, does look radiator flap size.
Check the fittings for a number if you can, the clever ones will be along soon.
