It states in the news report that these are the last remaining Lancaster’s flying, well that is for now with just Jane heading towards airworthiness in the future !
On a day like today with the wind changing its mind every 30 seconds does not make for an easy landing.
Glad no one was hurt and the aeroplane will be repaired asap.
To go and see 22 idiots kick a bag of wind about for 90 minutes is around the same price as 3 hour airshow and all the other bits to look at and not a pie in sight.
I know where my money would go, concession or not.
