If from a browning you can normally see a mark on the outer edge of the base a witness mark of ejection, do not get it with rifles. it looks like a small nick.

I’m not letting anyone in my store to dribble over my Stirling, Hampden, Defiant or the three Tempests and four Typhoons.

I think its up to the collector if they want it to him/her self or public. It can be hassle and people get very demanding to see said items.

So NO you cannot view my collection !!!

Remembering, of course, possession of a live .303 round can earn you four years as a guest of Her Majesty.

    Moggy

I bet there is a lot of diggers panicking now

But not an inert 303 from a crash site.
And it is a cartridge case but we did all know what he ment.

3 in one oil in the Percussion cap is the old way of making sure the cap will not go pip, a bit less than a pop and even lessererereerrr of a BANG.

I will still ask my friend if he has any from a Spit.

AJW he is in France 😀

I am sure some of the Diggers on here can supply what you need. I will ask an old digging friend if he has one but not seen him for ages although I did spot him lurking in the forum the other day.

The Fokker was heading north over the A12
I wonder when the Fokker is comming back
Maybe I missed the Fokkers return
