Lancaster and fighters held over Boreham Essex and not Loughton as stated see them very easily without the binos this time.
Every year the flight gets smaller but hopefully next year will have the F35
Normally the fighters hold over Hanningfield reservoir and I can just about see them with the binos, the flight passes just above our heads here, I think the Reds use Chelmsford City as the cue to hit the smoke
Last evening what I think was the BBMF C47 Dakota passed east of the house trundling to go around the NE edge of the Stansted TMZ must of been around 7pm I was mowing the lawn, glorious sight on 6th of June
I read Daz’s post and in knew he meant the bird strike to i retorted thinking he thought the Spit had guns, I had completely forgot it was Martin Sergeants aircraft purely because it was returned to PR blue. no malice or intent was meant by any I am sure and Daz get back here matey ASAP.
