Talking of Easy’s A319’s, can anyone confirm if GEZES has been dlvd yet?, and if so, the dlvry date. This is the a/c that was at Farnborough, but I’ve not yet seen any reports of it being in service
Well that begs the question, why has G-CELZ got Jet2 Paris on the nose, when its not flying the Paris route? Shouldn’t they have called CELE that?
A logical point, but perhaps it’s a bit of advertising to promote the destination
Just to clarify. Taken from the ‘Notes’ section at http://www.jethros.i12.com/FLEETS/Listings/CHANNEL_EXPRESS.html
“Boeing B733-337 GCELZ will enter service 14/15 Aug. It will initially fly for FlyGlobespan, covering for GCELR which is due a ‘C’ check. When LR returns, LZ will then cover for GCELP, before taking up night Post Office flights from 01 Nov”
GCELE is due to enter service 01 Sep for the start of the Paris route
Some info here…………….
Just to throw a spanner in the works – It hasn’t been sold on has it?
Thomsonfly should have GTHOD delivered to Coventry this afternoon (At long last!!)
Now confirmed. It did arrive today
Thomsonfly should have GTHOD delivered to Coventry this afternoon (At long last!!)
I understand that a lack of crews is an issue as well
“Blimey skipper, that one was a bit high, please lay off the curries”
I’m pretty sure that the Swiss leased a/c will go when sufficiant new a/c have entered the fleet. Hence the reason for them not being painted (Mind you, they have stayed longer than I thought they would!)
Aren’t the three Dark Green, Light Green and Blue?.
