We did it!
The aircraft are now safely tucked away at the airport and we are going to have a good rest. I’llpost photos when I can…
I’m off to the airport so I will see those of you who are going down to Malta on the island…

The aircraft are ready and waiting at Reggio Di Calabria. This is their last stop before they enter Malta’s Grand Harbour at 18:00 on thursday.
Several photos from the flight down have been added to the Flight Update page.

The aircraft are now in Valence in France where they will be spending the night before heading for Genoa tomorrow morning.

It took Mum and Dad 4 days to get the paint off after Pearl Harbour…
For the journey down to Malta Charlie will be in the Spitfire and Dad in the Hurricane.
On the way back Charlie will be in the Spitfire and the Hurricane will be shared by Dad and Howard.

What is the flying time to Jersey, I will try to get to the airport tomorrow afternoon to photograph their arrival.
I believe the flight time is about 1:30 so arrival should be 16:40
The first production models of the Merlins Over Malta range have arrived!
We plan to have them both on display this weekend at Duxford.
Come along to our stand outside Hangar 2 to have a look.
