I was actually pretty pleased with that article! Although it was supposed to more of a profile than a news story. Didn’t like the picture though!

He has been doing ALOT. And the airline hasn’t even taken off yet. We have to hope he can fill some seats and make some money…or else it counts for nothing, and I’m suprised Martin has been nominated for an award so soon, as I say we have yet to see the business succeed. I share Mark L’s thoughts above.

The nomination has come about not just through Alpha1 but because of previous businesses I have been involved with and have started myself, Alpha1 is just a very small part of it.

I just hope you dont end up going on “trouble at the top” as that programme highlights businesses that have gone into Liquidation and have other such terrible problems!

Not quite Mark, the program actually follows businesses either through a product launch, or a totally new launch, or as you say, on occassions when things are tough.

Martin has also this week been nominated for the Shell LiveWIRE young entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

There are currently 7 documentary makers in talks with myself to make a fly on the wall ‘Trouble at the top’ style documentary about Martin as well as many other exciting projects that are under discussion.

I’m exceptionally proud of Martin. This week has been far from easy for him for several reasons of which I’m sure he’ll fill you in on, but he has handled all this attention with amazing level headedness and humility. I’ve worked with many celebrities in my time, but I’ve never come across some one who has it together quite as much as Martin. Watch out because this guy is going far!

GMTV will be happening next week now, not this week as previously stated!

Thanks again everyone. The support has been amazing. Got to remember to keep my feet on the ground and run the business like a business for today though and not the future. Expansion will come soon, especially judging by our current bookings, but lets get this stable first!

Should be on Central News in the next few days, have GMTV following me today and going on the sofa tomorrow, also have BskyB interview tomorrow and one very exciting one that I can’t talk about quite yet!

NCLRULES, afraid I don’t have a time for the GMTV thing yet, all I know is that we’re on at some point during the morning. I’ve got a crew from GMTV trailing me all day tomorrow and then they’re putting me up in a hotel in London before I have a live interview early on Thursday morning.

My TV Guide says there is no working lunch next week :confused:

Hmm curious, all I know is that we’re filming on Thursday 31st, maybe it’s going out the following week.
