Why does the PAF need permission to upgrade their F-16As ? After all who embargoed the additioanal planes in the first place,

I think SD-10/F-16 marriage plus avionic upgrades will extend the life of the aging fighters till a newer type such as J-10 can be procure.

Su-33 got canards like the Su-35 so i won’t think its less manuevable than the basic Su-27. In terms of capablity mostly a Su-27 with a tailhook. But yeah they could make it into a Su-37 with a tail hook if they have the money to do it.

I was wondering how does one differrentiate between the C2 and C7 externally. I use to think the C7 features a blade aerial behind the canopy as seen on the prototype but many service C7 don’t have this either. :confused:
