This is f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c. Well done.
On my birthday too 🙂
Following the photo posted in the RW386 Hello-Goodbye thread, and somewhat the same ‘feel’ as BlueRobin’s photo:

Over Sweden a few weeks ago.
What’s that thing on your head?
A think-tank?
(sorry, couldn’t resist) :p
😀 😀 😀 Can’t wait to see this rocket in the air!
Once again a tragedy for the SwAF Helicopter Wing. On the day 9/11 also, I’m loosing count of terrible things happening this date… 🙁
(I guess this also means more work for your business, PL. Strange really, how “den enes död blir den andres bröd” as we say here. But it’s an important work, and it might save someone else’s life.)

RW386 – Hello!

Over Borås yesterday 🙂
Well, all you need is a half-decent excuse and a camera that looks more professional than it is 😉
Photos will come, patience, patience…
Ahh good taste I must say, reading Flygrevyn 🙂
Who knows what will happen when/if the Viggen makes it to the States.
I heard they have been asking for lots of spare parts, hm hm, do they need that many parts for static display…
As for Sweden, the other remaining SK 37E has now been transferred to Såtenäs – that’s a good start.

One word: Excellent!
Grattis i efterskott, PL! That must have been a great day at Aeroseum (though I was lucky to see both Hunters in Rygge). Don’t know about the symbol, sorry…
Probably their Vampire Trainer. They also use a Saab Safir as support a/c but that would take days 😉
The Tunnan has been grounded for quite a while now, however, they are working hard to get it running in time for the Saab anniversary on 31 Aug – 1 Sept.
Hi Daniel,
Have noticed. Will we see you at the Rygge show in Aug?
T J
Rygge, yep my intention is to drive up there over one of the days. Looks like it’s going to be a really nice show. Spit, ‘Stang and Buchon is all I need to be happy (I’m a man of modesty ;))
Might be some time for a (driving friendly) beer afterwards 🙂
Swedish pilot Bertil Gerhardt has 30 000 hours in total. Though a majority not on warbirds – at least, they were not considered warbirds at the time! 😉
Today he flies Spitfire, P-51, Vampire, Saab Safir, Saab J 29, Auster, just to mention a few.
…and since we are now blessed with a flying Spit in our country, why not contact the Biltema crew and take a look at the real stuff. They are very friendly people.
