B-1B bomber…

yes, the Rockwell Lancer was/is foreseen for external loads ;

“Armament
Hardpoints: six external hardpoints for 50,000 lb (22,700 kg) of ordnance (use for weapons currently restricted by START I treaty)”

(from wikipedia ; Rockwell B-1 Lancer)

‘thus’ not for classic bombs, but for ‘Stand-Off’ weapons..

…………..still searching for good views..!
