Hi Dave

Ownership of the 111 has passed to the Imperial War Museum…I believe the eventual plan is to restore the aircraft to static condition…the last time I looked, the main airframe was on display in Hanger 2, and the wings propped up in a corner in Hanger 5.

I have to say actually, that Sam and Mark cover of With A Little Help From My Friends is quite possibly the ****test cover version I have ever had the misfortune to be subjected to.

If you MUST cover a Beatles song, you must:

a) be able to sing, and at that, sing well
b) have some real credibility
c) Try and do something different with it, make it your own

Well there was a small camera film set up apparently filming someone sat in/next to what looked like a red MG convertible when I arrived at work this morning…thought because it looked like a small crew and they already seemed to be filming, I thought it might be some small piece for local news…I’ll ask around and see what I can find out…
