A heavly weathered Egyptian phantom seen here during maintianance series in the US.
the Egyptian weather doesn’t do any good to the paintjob…
I suspect that this photo was taken right after its arrival from Egypt.. (note the 3 drop tanks and personal gear pod).
its reasnable that the plane will recive a new paint job before it would be flown back to Egypt.
this Mirage is carrying incomplete Saudi markings,giving it temporary Libyan appearence.
note the flag:
the flag on the Libyan birds should be much larger.
and the roundel appears to be smaller too…
