    Nikon 400mm f2.8 VR

    Very nice.

    Just out of interest, how come two of the Stampes have their forward cockpits faired over? Is it simply because they’re not carrying a passenger/student pilot?

    If they are not carrying a passenger they are generally covered, especially when doing aero’s, much better airflow.

    My first thought without knowing more detail is that the VR switch on the lens is set to the ACTIVE position and not the NORMAL position.
    If so set to NORMAL.
