so is this museum day open to all ?? and what sort of thing can one expect ??

It is open to all (93rd Bomb Group Museum). Some of the aircraft may be tempted out of the hangar. Occasionaly some aircraft come in to visit, no set plan as such.

The Gent in the cockpit certainly seems pleased with it.

I’ve met the owners of the L5 once or twice, a few pics of it here taken on Sunday (together with a Cub from the same airfield).

if I can count I only come to five P-51’s: Old crow( Confirmed to me by SHF), Miss Helen?, Miss Velma, Big beautifull Doll and Feroucious Frankie. Maybe the the French one Nooky Booky IV but they send me a e-mail that they only send there P-40N Little Jeanie. A Other option is the Dutch Mustang: Damn Yankee but the last couple of years he asked to much money( he only came ones to Legends I thought 2002 he flew in formation with the A-36 Apache). No way Marinell, Jumping Jaques or Janie will appear because they send me a e-mail that they don’t participate. I put my money at the swedish P-51 It’s about time.

What about the 2 in Germany?
