Not dead in Colchester Moggy

While on the subject of Spitfires and paint, has RW386 been repainted or is it still in the paint applied in 1992?

Plain dark red with the registration and the Stearman script in yellow. I have a photo at home I can post if nobody beats me to it.

Any idea what area the classD is likely to cover?

Where abouts is Raveningham? I may pop over for a look…

By the way, did you have anything to do with the Chipmunk and Helicopter formation I saw on Saturday?

It’s been mentioned a number of times on here already. The airctaft was on show at the recent Spitfire day as well.

Did the SHF P51 arrive?

I hate that kind of attitude. We dont pay anything near as much as the upkeep of the aircraft, but it is still expensive to passionately pursue the hobby round the country !

Indeed it is, I currently do around 400 miles a week to get to pursue my interest in aviation and I love every second of it.
