NOT the video footage everyone is looking for ,but note the F-4 flylowpast at about 49sec. Awesome. Turn the volume off for the very bad music track.

Great video of a low-down Phantom, stangman. Gives us an idea of what THE video might be like. Are we getting closer, I think perhaps we are.
Oh dear, Forum readers, let us keep the faith. Let me quote from the Black Widows Bike Gang (sort of) “Lord, you have given me these crosses to bear, and I will carry them all the way from Jerusalem to Grimsby, whichever’s closer. But hear me Lord, thou I walk through the Valley Of the Shadow of Death, I will watch that video FOR MY LAST SUPPER.”

Well, if this is true I’d love to hear more!

Could you scan and attach those cuttings on here, should make for good reading…

I have two cuttings, both from the Grimsby Evening Telegraph. You’ll have to give me a few days or more due to this lovely weather, but I’ll will try to get the cuttings and attach ’em.

stendec7, are you referring to this incident:

    http://www.pprune.org/military-aircrew/134346-97-iot-fly-past.html

Yes, but it 1987 not ’97. Great stuff on this site and, tantalyzingly, someone hinting that he might have a copy…or is he just toying with us???

Auditioning for a remake of High Flight?

Perhaps “Low Flight” would be more appropriate?

where did you get hold of this? I would love to see it again
    🙂

Go onto YouTube type in “tvfilmglamdirector” and take it from there. There’s other good stuff on there as well. The sound quality for the first 20-odd minuets of the first disc is a bit dodgy, otherwise spot on.
