I now believe that the company have just been nieve and probably ill informed, nothing was as easy as the MD first thought possibly it was to simple in his/their minds as they didn’t know of all the regulations. This has led to numerous announcements that have then been forced to be recinded , we can all see in hindsight that it would have been best to have said nothing further untill things were concrete , however possibly on a wave of adrenalin from the original launch this hasnt been the case.
If there is ever going to be a regular service it will probably still be ok as the regular punters are probably unaware of all that has gone on.
I for one though am convinced that there has never been deliberate misinformation.
