its in my book in vietnam – also called YO-3A, QT-2 AND Q-Star.

a us army project started in 1966, its a modifed schwiezer glider that was used to monitor the vietcong and the north quietly. 2 reportedley flew in 1968 at 100ft (30m) over vietcong without them being aware. the intial version was the QT-2, then it got a new engine and wing arangment to beocme the YO-3A.

the hanger are wrong for biggin hill, and there are slight hill in the background, biggin hill is on top of the north downs, with no hill around it.

one of two airshows i’ve actually been to (one was at west malling when i was so small i can only remeber the vulcan and arrows), that was in 2000.

quite easy normally, for you (as were talking old planes) you’ll have to register (very easy), then post your post in aircombat bar. elp is one of the administrators and lots of people from here go there too. the site is divided up into sections to make it easy to use (obviously failed here – opps 🙂 )

nah thats not it the file type must be selcted. as defult its html, which you’ve clicked. it needs to be .jpg ot .gif to get on. it will tell you if its over 75kb

involved in the mkaing the eurofighter, might have liscend built their harriers, must help run mirage fleet (f1 and used to miii)

it makes the aviocar (c-212) small transport (a dc-3 and ju-52 replacment).
small medium transport – can’t rember the number c-2??
make a big transport (twin prop engine) like the italine c-27 called the c-295

also made the good looking aviojet used by chile, jordain, and some other latin american countires.

nowadys its part of EADS
