You are not. There is nothing you need to do. Simply take it to someone (like a computer repair shop) and pay them to fix it for you.

This is the exact same thing as a car or airplane. If something goes wrong with either you pay someone with the right skillset to fix it and yet you don’t complain about aircraft or cars still needing specialist skills to fix them.

Crashes are rarely caused by the OS but more often by a buggy driver.

‘limited connectivity’ means exactly that – the laptop is having issues talking to the wireless router. The cause of this can be any number of things from misconfigured settings to overlapping channel id’s to misconfigured wep/WPA keys and yet again, buggy drivers or even down to water pipes being in the way.

So, the first thing to do is ensure that you have the correct drivers.

Then check that the router is actually talking wireless

Check that the SSID is broadcasting

Check what encryption protocol you are using

Confirm that on the laptop the same encryption settings are being used.

    connect.

that NHS computer system has been developed about 5 times, always with the same failures. Talk about repeating mistakes……

There are some fascinating stories about dodgy NHS computer project costs and dealings I could share…….. like the one about one of the outsourced companies doing the work billing the NHS for the towels used by consultants who went jogging at a lunchtime…….

Yes and this advice comes from someone who used to be a professional tax dodger.

I guess this means that I should stop paying my local newsagent with coins?

As soon as the government stops nicking expenses and stealing cash from people I’ll listen to them. Until then they can all depart swiftly.

3 hours to do a 40 minute journey on the “high speed” line – the very line that’s ‘Olympics ready’.

1039 C-FBAQ Buffalo Airways to be ferried to Red Deer around 15th May for repair

Thats the one in the photo above.

If I recall correctly there was some sort of change to Canada’s aircraft regulations with regard to fire fighting duties which meant that the canso types that were used prior to that were no longer suitable and so the L-188 became popular – after a conversion to flying tanker.
