Not very sure but there was a debate a while ago.. that they would be MKK.. i am yet to see a report saying that..
So they’ll lack the square-cropped fins, but possess canards and TVC?

1) Vietnam ordered 4 Su-30-MK aircraft for a deal of $110 with an immediate option of 8… speculation is, eventual strength of 24
Malay examples would be closer to MKI in specs but the israeli components (read EW etc) would be replaced by the french options..
2) 18 Su-30MKM for $900 million, expected to be delivered in 2006-2007
