Do you have any idea as to who is going to take up the prime responsibility of the Glonass network from the Indian side when it will come to the launch and the maintaining the network along with the Russians.. Remember that the primary use of this network is gonna be for the Forces.. As this deal also involves the launching some of the Russian Glonass satellites.. why will ISRO refuse the Satellite request from IN on the launcher unavailaibility …. I guess it would have to be more on the techical parameters that Navy might have brought up.. for which ISRO might not be having the resources to put in..

Would they be able to deliver these babies on time..
