    Hi,
That’s a Soviet Gsh-6 pilot helmet (“Gsh” stands for Germoshlem-fully sealed helmet)

This type of helmet was first introduced in the early sixties and was extensively used on high altitude flights by MIG-25 and MIG-31 pilots who sometimes flew their high-speed interceptors to altitudes of almost 25 kilometers.

It was also commonly used on MIG-21’s, MIG-23’s, SU-17/20/22 and even on MIG-29 and SU-27.

In Yugoslav Air force this type of helmet saw service on MIG-21’s of which almost all versions circled through the YAF’s inventory, from the mid sixties to the mid eighties. Amongst others, this unique helmet features electrically heated visor to keep it from fogging and an anti-glare visor.
