Great pics, especially the shot of the Korean A380.

Some great shots. Nice to see that JU52. I didn’t realise that Aviogenex was still operating.

As ever Scotty, a great selection of pics. I think that the BA 380 looks a treat, if only the crest was a little bolder. That new tail livery on the American still reminds of Cubana. I’m surprised at seeing the AI 787 at LHR.

Or maybe just leave pilots to do the good job they do now and not turn it in to a ground based one? 😀

    Sounds good to me.

Nice ones Keith. Do Corendon operate live flights out of NWI?

A chilling thought! Almost as chilling as flying Afriqiya as a passenger.

Well, we’ll have to agree to differ. I trust no kind of institution, be it political or otherwise, and please spare me the bit about some of them being accountable by way of a ballot box. The names may change, the system does not. At the end of the day, in their quest to maintain the status quo, they all look out for each other, and for those who they must use, in order to keep it. Sadly, I don’t think this situation will change anytime soon.

I seem to remember back in the late 50s/early 60s, there was some ‘badge engineering’ with the Lockheed Electra, following a spate of accidents involving the aircraft. The Electra badging was eliminated altogether by some carriers, although some reinstated it following mods done to the wing structure. I think that it was rebadged Super Electra, or Electra II by some. The same thing happened to the DC10 I think, with some carriers reducing the titles size, or dropping the name altogether.

They’re all as bad as one another. The only differences between these institutions, are the ideologies they espouse, the badges that they wear, and the flags that they fly. I wish it was otherwise.
