Im wondering why they are using a chartered aircraft this time. I read that the last time they were flying back on a scheduled flight a row erupted and 2 of the wrestlers were fighting on board.

There is a North American 752 at BHX right now, arrived from CWL at about half four this afternoon (heard it on the scanner, “North American 120”) and is departing to JFK on Wednesday morning at 10am as “North American 121”. 🙂

Yeah, the October 2003 issue of AW has a 5 page article on the TU-144. It analyses the history and development of the aircraft. I would scan to show you the first page of it but mine is on the blink at the moment.
