1.Go to your User CP, which is located in the top left part of the screen.
2.Then click Edit Avatar located on the left hand side of the screen under Settings and Options.
3.You can then enter the web address of a picture and upload it, or upload a picture directly from the computer. They have to be within the size limit too so you will have to use Photoshop or somthin like that to make the picture smaller.
