There are a few options. Olympus C-765, Minolta Z20, Fuji S5500.
Well i use the Fuji S5000, a great camera which is very easy to use and gives good results. Although i’m sure any camera out of the three you pick will be great.

I think the main differences are that in a single aisle it’s always going to be blocked at some stage with refreshment trolley’s and passengers coming and going.
Well yes i can agree with some of this, yes refreshment trolley’s are the biggest problem as they do take up the width of the isle. It is a problem if you just go to the toilet and when you come back the food trolley has beat you there and you end up waiting behind it but this didn’t happen to me :D,
Passangers weren’t so much a problem because it is easy to simply slide past each other but none of the things you mention really botherd me (maybe i was one of the lucky ones :)), it was surprising how some people didn’t emerge from their seats the entire length of the flight which brings me onto the next point.
In a twin at least you can walk up and down different aisles. On twin long haulers I like the ability to take a walk up and down the plane using both aisles. Not only that, the comfort factor is increased owing to the general feeling (perception) of there being much more room on board.
I agree here. I just have to get up on a flight no matter how long it is, admittedly when trying to walk on a single isle the only one you will get is on your journey to the toilet and back but i always just stood up for a while and stretched my legs, walked around a little near the front of the plane.
I flew on a BY 763 long-haul and yes the fact that you know you have two isle’s to choose from for a walk is a better feeling and the plain fact that there is more space. There always seem’s to be this perception from most people that single-isle on a trans-atlantic flight is going to be utter horror and the most uncomftable flight ever but it isn’t and to be truley hounest i actually felt more comtable on my CO flights on the 752 than the BY flight on the 763.
