It’s gone. Send them to the smelter and make something useful out of them. Baked Beans cans spring to mind. It was never cost-effective, it was built in favour of a strike/attack aircraft that we desperately needed (still do) and it is as ugly as sin. The best thing about it is the noise.
Everyone bleating about a bit of rain stain on the aircraft, it’s pathetic. Get yourselves a mop and bucket. The world is falling apart around our ears and shock/horror, Concorde’s dirty. Let’s prioritise eh?
A 14 year old girl is gunned down in the street.
British troops are involved in a war.
Terrorism is on the increase.
Famine is still rife.
Concorde’s windows are dirty.
Please, get a grip on reality.
Regards,
A thoroughly disgusted kev35.
Lets not forget this is a ‘Aviation’ forum, everyone on here is aware of all these important issues in the world today but this forum is where we discuss issues like this.

Thanks Airline Owner!
Yeah i think the runway is cracked and it is in many places, i guess thats just because of the heat and that combined with the aircraft constantly landing on there causes that. 😀
Future Pilot – Your Comco jet (N610G) has only been photographed nine times on Airliners.net. Some of the picture captions seem to suggest it might be a US Military/Central Intelligence Agency charter jet appearing at odd locations across the world unannounced.
More likely CIA than military – they tend to use civilian registered aircraft because in some places they don’t look too out place, especially on a distant airport apron in the Middle East – looks conspicious as hell though to the trained eye.
Thanks for that, i must say i have this photo on JP.net and is one of my most populer pics, i wasnt sure what to make of it when i saw it, had passanger windows and everything……US registration i just thought it was cargo airline of some sort.
It still looks out of place though i think….lol 😀

Glasgow is due to see it’s first Emirates B777-200 on October 15th.
That should make a nice picture. 😀
Good news for GLA, i’m so used to seeing it at BHX now ‘ if ‘ the BHX service goes double daily and goes back to the A330s i will really miss the 777, especially as it comes everyday!
If not, long live the EK B777-200 at BHX! 😀

your lucky to live near one of the busiest International airports in the world with such a diversified array of aircraft arriving and departing.
Have to agree there, fantastic pics! 😀
