Number 11 is an El Al B767 😀 :diablo:, I really have no clue with number 13 :confused:. Fantastic selection though, great to have something different :cool:.

Very nice selection from ma local there Jamie! 😀 😎

Although I could make one nitpick :diablo:. One being the Air India is VT-AIR is a standard none ‘ER’ version 200, annoying aswell because I’ve seen all the other three except that one! how is that fair? :p. The afternoon Emirates will be a permanent B777-300ER come July, I guess you were lucky? with it being the last days of the B772 on the route ;).

Too bad I couldn’t make it :(.

You were close! from the look of the length of the fuselage it’s a Wideroe Dash 8-100. Although I agree the angle is deceptive so it could be a 300, who knows :D.

Very nice shot all the same, does look cold :diablo:.

I can’t remember this flight

Zurich – Osaka, landed at 8am this morning after taking off last night! online/overnight flying with Ben.

I think it’s my longest FS flight ever actually! Sorry for the overload but I haven’t posted in a while :p, hope you enjoyed :).

The rest of the BHX summer season show’s all their flights being operated by Zoom 😀 , not like I mind seeing their smart blue aircraft as they no longer grace BHX on a scheduled basis :(.

At least Globespan have sorted this situation, it could of been so easy to simply cancel alot of flights I’m guessing? very interesting news at any rate.

That is the best trip report, I have ever read.

Hmmm whether I should publically state this or not I don’t know :p, but I rarely if ever buy Airliner World anymore for some reason. The most recent edition I brought was last months one for my American flights from Heathrow.

Other than that it seems I can find most news and what-not on internet forums etc now although I do admit it is enjoyable reading the articles like in last months the ‘Titan Airways’, ‘Hong Kong Express’ and ‘Route Proving on the A380’ were a very good read but some such as the ‘Malta Fire Training…’ and thatt bizarre article about drinks in sachets didn’t interest me at all.

Anyone else feeling the same or are most people here dedicated monthly buyers or on subscription?

Two questions…

Who is the red and white livery overflying?

LTU A330 (new c/s)

What was the VS incident?

One aircraft gave us people on the ground a fright (I expect those onboard were laying bricks too!). G-VGOA of Virgin got hit my a massive crosswind sending it flying off to the left. It got so bad that it aborted – my pics of her below show her coming in and the at the point of crosswind attack and abort.
