Anyway…how can we be sure of the provenance? I can see it all now:

“But, it never had that type of wheel” or “It never came in red, so buyer beware”

Anyway, it should do well on e-bay as a little known and ultra rare participant of the Dams raid.:diablo:

I have it on good authority that this infamous “TRUCK” is in fact Herman Goring`s staff car recently recoverd from russia.

[QUOTE=paulmcmillan;1262739]If anyone would care to help me, I am planning a dig this evening in my sons sandpit to recover a Thomas the Tank Engine ‘Troublesome Truck’ that went ‘missing’ on Sunday afternoon

Just one thing, Is there a fee for coming to this dig?

The company was renamed Messerschmitt (after the man himself) in july 1938 so all designs that came after that date are prefixed Me, except those already assigned Bf. So the Bf110 designed pre 1938 is bf were as the me210 were design started autumm 1938 is me210.

This may sound daft but you can get rubber lewis guns, star wars re`enactors use rubber lewis guns as stormtrooper/sandtrooper blasters. you could try that route.
