Thanks for the offer Mightyelf but it’s now on order from Amazon. I was working at the BFI when it was first shown but didn’t get a chance to see it.:)
Thank very much for the info and I was certain that I had the name right…..doh:rolleyes:
I was watching Michael Portillo’s railway journeys the other day and he visited AW at Yeovil and was talking about their involvement in building aircraft during the last was war and showed several pictures of Whirlwind Manufacture at that time.:)
I’ve just built 3 versions of the V1 to go along with that display, looking forward to seeing it all in place.:)

People support different projects like they do football teams it doesn’t mean that one is better than the other.
I would love to see a Mossie fly as much as a Whirly and I have no doubt that there are some who think the Whirly is a waste of time but personally I support both and wish both teams the very best in getting their project finished. 😀
I wonder if you would like to give us all a clue as to why we should?
It looks unchanged since the last time I ‘checked it out”
Is there something particular we should look at, or was this merely a gratuitous traffic building effort?

It is not a gratuitous traffic building exercise.
All I was doing as bringing it to the attention to those that may have missed it!
Don’t let the RAF know about all these Spitfires they may just re-enlist them back into service to fill the big gap left by the Harriers. LOL:D
