Lack of wings on aircraft is due to all the preperations going on for the revamp of Hangar 1 and moving out the York.
where else do you suggest to put the Valiant Skymonster in the middle of the Airfield so no visiters can see it or hang it on sky hooks ?
The Sabre has canopy covered because it is being move in & out of the Hangar at present

Thats a good question at the moment I dont think any decision has been made on repainting due to major spray jobs in progress on aircraft going into the cold war building.
Both the Comet & Britannia are staying at Cosford, with the Comet being put inside
The 707 woulld fall apart if is was moved been in a poor state for a number of years years
Argosy is definitely staying at Cosford, it is on the airfield at present
Both BA buses are runners & have a new home I am told
The 707 at Cosford is in a poor state only the cockpit is worth saving anyway so I hear
what cordons are them
