    FN 64 Turret

    Should have it finished in about 2 weeks still alot to go on the walls including a B24 Liberator rudder , many period photos and some original fabric markings .

    Hi all thanks for the feedback will up date with some more pics soon , yes Ian P40E and Beaufort panels both are original , i dicided to move away from repro panels a while ago to keep my collection relevent to what i wanted it to be .

    Hi Paul be carefull what you say , some of our british friends may get upset if we take there ‘ lightning heritage ‘ away from them.

    The floor section is the dual control rear cockpit floor for the battle.

    FN Ventral turret

    Hi Wulfie to correct your list the FN Ventral is a FN 64 it is complete apart from seat , aiming periscope and ammo boxes , can send pics if you want.

    Hi Dr John many thanks for info , my hunter was parted out for its wings which went onto a 2 seater flying in Queensland the centre section is still at Tocumual in storage.

    You dont have to be british to love the last british built intercepter type built , if that policy was applied to all aircraft the world wide preservation scene would be all the poorer

    Lets make a deal you lot in the mother country can keep all those horrible supermarine built epilectical winged thingy bobs if you let us in the land down under have some of the much rarer classic jets:diablo::diablo:

    Hi all , why not sell to a world wide customer base with the way the uk economy is there are overseas collectors with more cash and a willingness to go the extra yards re shipping etc , by limiting your customer base by stating uk only you could be selling your ATC unit short.

    They allready have the remains of one BR545 from memory , what ever happened to it , it has never being on display .

    Hi all , sorry for lack of info , posted in a hurry .

    Dia. of prop is 6ft 6 in.

    The markings are very hard to read , so some of the numbers might not be correct, the first line is unreadable

    SER 21174
    HP 155
    RPM 2960

    On the side of the hub is ,

    R.F. AD 344

    The Battle could be hand cranked , i have all the gear for it . Just need a Merlin to crank….
