Im not sure about the runways and taxi ways myself mate, its only what ive been told from a couple of locals that say they’ve been on the old airfield and seen them, maybe if theres another local airfield, then maybe the’re mistaking it with that,

Yes your right the place is closed has an RAF base, its now being built on for Industrial and residential use, but on one side there are still alot of huge hangers still standing,
I just wondered what could of been housed in them

Yes mate deffinetley RAF Quedegley, theres a sign up at the entrance saying ‘RAF Quedegley Construction Traffic’ and the place is in the village of Quedegley Its about a mile off Junction 12 M5
