Well so much for my post when I was having a party thinking this mess was sorted out, 7 days later the police came back and told me the slut who did this had suffered a “mental breakdown” and when she pleaded guilty the first time was already “in mental distress and not able to understand legal proceedings”.
So they refused to accept her plea of guilty and sent her to the lake district of all places for a “therapeutic brake”.
Anyway come mid September her doctor says she is OK once again, so off we went back to court for round 2, and after a massive court case, it all seemed to be going well. Anyway this Friday a final ruling on this will be made by the courts.
The outcomes will be one of the following,
1 She gets away with the lot and me and my missus lose our home our savings, well everything we own should the courts make us libel for the repayments.
2 She gets done but is found 2 be mad and gets away with it, we get our money back but the banks lose the cash she fraudulent obtained.
3 She gets found guilty and the book thrown at her, and we get our money back, and she goes bankrupt and gets made to pay the banks off.
