The Amiga 1200 I got from ebay (yes they finally let me back on) turned up 2day. Not had a proper go with it but did a quick test run and it all seems good 🙂
Interesting comments Mike,
To be honest I am also starting to prefer some of these smaller events, the whole day tends to be more informal and chilled out, plus you often get a more diverse mix of displays.
Sounds a good idea to me.
Robbo – Thanks btw it wont be a few shows, its gonna be 2 solid months of them right in the middle of summer 🙂
The Shuttleworth Proms sound like a brilliant event, yes im gonna be their.
Bet your diary is already filling up…Flying Legends, Shuttleworth, RIAT etc etc
Ashley all these airshows, one is spoilt for choice what a shame 🙂
Hope everyone has a good 2005, and we get a bit less rain 🙂
Thanks Dazza.
I’m currently designing a radio-controlled great white shark
Do you have any photos of this, it sounds good fun 🙂
Anyway my interests are Fireworks, BBQS in summer of course, playing football, spending time with my M8s and plenty of other stuff.
2004 was from January until late August total ****, a couple of close family members died, some ******s from South America brought out the company I worked for and closed it down, they just got the big contracts and set up another company on their own so I lost my job.
Also in that time I split up with my girlfriend, just when I thought things could get no worse my car blew up with me in the thing, and my Mum got really sick but shes fine again now.
But after all that, the last few months have been really good I have a new girlfriend, got a new better paid job, made loads of new M8s, got a new car, and things are going well for me right now 🙂
Oh and here’s the best bit I have July and August 2005 off the whole 2 months and I am getting my full wages, due to work being rebuilt totally and they want me to stay with them for a long time.
“Their songs getting on your nerve’s”
Don’t worry about it if the worst you ever do to your cat is shout at her once, then its one lucky cat.
Plenty of cats go threw far worse day in day out, I used to help out with the RSPCA and heard some sick story’s so chill, its not the end of the world and your cat will feel the same.
Johnc sorry to hear your news, no doubt you have heard this already but you did the best thing for your cat by putting he or she to sleep, he or she is not suffering now and thats the main thing.
Bloody good game it is webmaster 🙂

A couple of years back at Waddo it was early on the Saturday morning and we were looking round the static.
We stopped near the Vulcan to have a coffee and this bloke starts shouting like mad about missing the Vulcan fly in to Waddo on the arrivals day. His M8 who was with him did his best to explain that said Vulcan (XM607) last flew 20 years back but this guy will have non of it.
After about 5mins the **** puts the cherry on the cake by announcing he will pull a sickie on the Monday to see the Vulcan fly out.
Also I have a vagish memory of a Tornado getting stuck in a rabbit-hole one year at Riat ?
Oh and nothing to do with the airshow itself but driving down to Fairford for the Friday arrival’s back in 95 we got held up for around 30mins due to a lorry load of cheese being split and getting melted onto the road and the fire brigade having to wash it all away. Well it seemed funny to me cause I was only 11 at the time.
Thanks for the update, your Hunter display at Waddo was excellent. Keep up the good work and good luck for 2005 🙂
