When did this Gannet last fly ?
Yes thats the one.
Well a T5 over in the UK would be nice but the CAA would not allow this.
and the Bucc at Scampton have the same text in the same box
Well in fact the Bucc at Scampton has not got any text in the aforementioned box unless I missed anything.
On the subject however I did hear if XX885 gets a permit to fly and its looking very likely it soon will then XW986 the Bucc that was with Delta Jets might be coming back to the UK.
Yeah its the one from the mag 🙂
Just thaught I would muck a pick up and see if anyone got it but it was far two easy :p
Wonder how much it will sell for
Hi
The rumor about the Hunter team has been going around for a while now but nothing new has been heard lately.
Still the main project for OFMC-HHA is XX885 their S2 bucc that will hopefully be flying again soon. Maybe the Hunter team will be their next big project.
Last time we had a storm like that it blew a massive tree on top of one of our market stalls in the night.
Thankfully no one got hurt but it ment we spent 2 days cleaning up so lost 2 days profit.

Hi
Dont forget XX885 up at Scampton. HHA are working hard to get it flying in the UK and have put it on the civil register as G-HHAA
They did a ground run last month and that went very well 😉
Well he lasted 1 hour
Then he sent me the following e-mail
You are a prick and the lampposts will get you
It is a right mess these days but their is still a chance of it flying again but something needs to be done soon or it will be to far gone.
However their is a Gannet in Barkshire being rebuilt to fly but it will be a few years until its flying again.
The one at Newark is also in good condition.
The one in South Africa might end up at Thunder City on static display.
I have not seen the one at Manchester does anyone have a photo ?
Hi
The one at Duxford is an absolute disgrace.
However the best ones are the 2 that are still flying however the best one in the UK is the one at Coventry and it should be taxing soon.
The 2 at Gatwick Air Museum are both in good condition and one of them can still be run up.
Nothing like a good BBQ is their 🙂
In the summer we were having them 1 or 2 times per week from April to September 🙂
Still it was very hot for once hope 2004 is more of the same.
