Which of the 767-300s now have leather seats ?
I could see Monarch just getting more 767’s for time being, however what i want to know is, what is happening to the old school 757s.
Wonder why more 737-300s are coming, these are quite old now aren’t they.
If they are looking at 767’s Thomsonfly are shortning their fleet. As for A330’s there best bet is Emirates.
Not a fan of 737-800s travelled on a BY example in 2001, was ok but i prefer Airbuses. Will they keep the 757s.
Very exciting news, wonder what services the MD11’s will be used on ? How long do the old 757s have to live ?
I think companies like Ryanair just would not look attractive in the long haul market.
I think 737-900s are possible along with 787’s. Sad to see 767-200s go these seem a big part of Britannia’s history.
Wonder why 767-300s are potential sell offs, they are only 9-10 years old (not old for a plane). I think TUI have looked at 787s.
Easyjet have looked at long haul with A330’s, don’t know if that would work though.
Hopefuly JET2 will consider long haul market soon. Orlando is well worth considering, many people have villa’s in florida.
A 777 in charter use may work, i mean flights such as MAN-SFO have a very high demand and so do flights such as MAN-PMI. Rather than have 2 757s to PMI why not have one big 777.
Quite like the look of the 737-900, although i miss the eyebrows on the 737 range.
cheers flex, you know your stuff. You were right about the Kos flight and to be honest the sunset seemed pretty fast.
Hope this is a sucess. So are they looking at Larnaca, Paphos or Las Palmas yet ?
