After the successful 50th show season, when the tailfin was paint in union flag colors, the Red Arrows aerobatic team announced new design also including the flag. At the new design the flag is just on half of the tailfin, as the previous was at all tail.

Patrouille Suisse future is insecure.
The vote on 18 May rejected a planned procurement of 22 Gripen fighter jets, under a program worth $3.5 billion. The Swiss Air Force planned to purchase the Gripen as a successor for the F-5E/F that has been in service since 1976.

Reno crash telemetry data.

Here are some telemetry data from the P-51 “Galloping Ghost” which crashed at Reno.

Airspeed around pylon 7 – 495 mph.

When the trim tab broke off the aircraft pitched up pulling 21 G’s and airspeed reduced to 375 mph. (Tail wheel popped out, pilot slumped below view).
