Situation in Syria is a little bit more complicated than “evil dictator against his own people” or “bad guys against good guys”.
It’s just a civil war.
And if Assad is probably not the most sympathetic guy in the area, the guys in front of him (mostly Islamist gangs armed by Quatar and by probably the usual countries defending frrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeedom around the world) look also not very sympathetic.

As usual, wishing, when restoration work is finished, that the aircraft will stay on its wheels, still able to be towed outside for special occasions, and not fixed for ever in a museum corner !

Are they in Germany some Mig’s and Sukhoi’s properly preserved, that means in their original colors, complete and still on their wheels ?
