im no expert on panning but it appears likely to do with the AF area settings you had “employed” at the time, the AF has recognised the nose as the closest to the lens so therefore focused only on that, depending on the camera model you could set the AF to AF-C(for centered i believe on nikon) to get a more even focused shot, however I suppose manual ultimately would sort the problem altogther, but not practical.
Oh the korean is stunning & the canadian 737 😉
I didn’t screen any of these so I’m not guilty! :p 😀
Some nice images, Gary. I particularly like the Etihad A330. Nice timing!
Thanks for sharing. 🙂

Ah most of them are at the longer focal length so some are hit & miss if they come out sharp, but im trying to diversify my shots with different angles,200mm isnt quite enough for the touch down shots. But cheers lads anyway 😉
Good snap,it’s definately G-MEDE,when the paper work is all done & the a/c is transferred to the turkish register, the UK marks will be painted over, google appears to state its new ID will be TC-SKT.
Very nice selection indeed,LH A330 is my favourite,a very wide selection there,I liked DUS alot to visit, altho just mcdonald’s for food really-wasnt such a good memory!
