    RE: Thanks !

Remember that Buzz are the KLM low-cost and if Buz got into trouble I am sure that their big bro could maybe spare one 737 or A319 for a day or 2 and maybe if needs be, put Buzz passengers on a KLM flight!!

RE: Put your hands in the air…

If you assign seats you have to show people to their seats. EasyJet let people choose their seats while crew make preps for take off and help people with problems or with babies.

If you think about it, their is always que when you entering, say a BA flight. This is because the crew show you to your seat rather than just let you pick your own seat

If you look at the prices, that is why Go are a bit more expenisve for very similar routes compared to easyJet.

I think easyJet are great personally.

The program ‘Airline’, would you rather watch a porgram where every thing was normal for 30mins or a nice story about somehting going worng. I would say the latter and so do the 5 million odd people who watch the program!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 15-12-01 AT 06:50 PM (GMT)]It does cost to assign seats, it takes up about 20mins longer for turn around and time on the ground costs money!

From the pic in the link above, it seems that BAA will be biased and let BA hog the whole thing. But this Terminal was devloped as for use with A380, but i tought BA hadn’t bought any yet?

All i am saying is that I think they have it in their buget to make a better calander with different pictures. Maybe they could make it in partnership with Aifroces monthly and make one with 6 commerial photos and 6 Military ones. I AM JUST SUGGESTING SO DONT GO GETTING OFFENDDED!

All I am saying is that I dont like it when we buy their mag every month ans they repay us buy giving us a crap wall planner. If we didnt buy the mag they wouldn’t have a job! I do like all the content and thats why i buy it. From what you said about the Questionaire it seems that you only read the 18 pages of News!!

“buy, and filled the questionnaire out, for News content”

There is other stuff after the News, just incase you didn’t know!

RE: New wall planner in new issue

The only thing good about it is that now i know what days to expect my airlinerworld! Wouldn’t it be nicer to have some proper pictures and a nice calander for EACH month of the year. I would be prepared to go with as much News and content for one month of the year if they promised to vige us a proper calander with proper colour pictures and not with a bad picture of concorde behing a cris-cross pattern of blocks!

Anyone feel like starting there own mag right now?
The Airliner World team don’t seem to be living up to the stanard we gave them in the Questionaire. The Questionaire was much better quality than this scappy piece of paper which is on my wall!

    RE: virgin

I think Virgin didnt get hit as bad because of the markets they are in.

The European secor of virgin got a bi badly hit as they filed for help from governments. If i remember correctly theyapplied to the Belgium governement at the same time as Sabena.

Their Austrailian market, low-fare, is reporadly doing extremely weel as it had the best airline launch when it started as is keeping up those standards.

Thier transatlantic department seems to be doing ok, compared to others which do thoose routes. Virgin are back by a billionaire remember and i think Richard, might fork out a fe quid for his second most sucess ful venture!

RE: Microsoft FS02 PRO for £55!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 08-12-01 AT 10:48 AM (GMT)]If its the same price as fs2000 was why the hel doesnt it have the same things like BIG manual. I don’t think that is very fair now to charge so much for soo little!! The manual was very helpful with FS2000 but if you have to print it out in fs2k2 that will be alot of paper unless you have access to a professional printing machine or you are lucky and own a colour laserjet!!

I might be tempted to print it out in the laserjet in school which i have to pay for.

Is the disks not even in plastic?

How many pages is the manual on the disk??
