    M$ delayed FS2006 to 2006 due to problems implementing new features such as 3D Water Effects etc.

    FS2006 will be released approx this time next year according to Microsoft.

    EGAA is £110 (if you know them) or £130 for an hour. £60 for 20mins and £95 for 30 mins. Thats for a Trial Lesson. Thats on a old Piper. Newtownards is slightly cheaper due to cheaper landing fees etc.

    Chances are there were tests on the 31st, so sorry to say it but you probably weren’t. My test was on the 31st December 1997, the guy who did my test informed me that because the 31st isn’t a bank holiday then they have to work it. My test was at the other end of the day though, 9.30 on New Years Eve, so I wasn’t the last to pass int he country, but not too far off I’m sure.

    OK well maybe just in NI as the Driving Instructors were all on strike and did not work the 31st. I was very lucky to get my test and was through a instructor taking pitty on me!

    My dad is a Driving Instructor, so when I can learn to drive in September I will get it all free!

    He has taken me into an empty car park in Bradford a couple of times, I love driving 🙂

    Trust me it wears off.

    I passed first time after 20 lessons in a 206 Diesel. Hard to stall her. Silver it was.

    My claim to fame is that I am offically the last person to pass their test in 2003 in the UK as they bug*ered the appointment system when switching over to computerised for NI and double booked everyone. So on the 30th of December at 6pm (all national centres closed at 5pm) i took my test and passed 😀

    Oh yeah 16 days later i wrote my honda jazz off…

    Most common problem with it. Check http://www.phoenix-simulation.co.uk/ as they have a link on their forum for the patch. I think it may be a simple .cfg change for the panel file not sure.
