Hmmm so difficult!
My all time favourite must be the MiG-21, simply because it looks so fierce and that its raw, honest-to-goodness, YEEEHAAAHHH type aircraft that’d bite you soon as look at you. In at number two is the HP Victor, such a beautiful aircraft and I always think disposed of a little too prematurely. My third’s the Sea Vixen, saw it at Kemble in 2001 (?) and fell over backwards with it- (and i apologise for the next remark), it looks AMAZING in the Red Bull colour scheme. (there, i’ll go and wash my mouth out with soap now…)

Oh yes mate, it’s Unheard of for two people of different sex to be mates and nothing more. Recently i’ve had untold of grief because im mates with more girls than boys. I just seem to get on better with girls- can talk to them better and in depth without sounding patronising or like i want to get into their panties. (Im modest too, 🙂 ). But to everyone else- namely the ‘cool’ crowd of idiots, i’m cheating on my girlfriend with every girl availible. Its silly and stupid, but incredibly destructive to relationships. My advice is simple. Take no notice, they actually envy you, your ability to connect with females without sounding sleezy or sordid. Its a gift, and as with all gifts, there are people who don’t appreciate it.

Originally my interest started when I looked at a Spitfire. Not just glanced, but actually looked at one close up. Then I saw one fly past, pull up and (theres no other way for it) glide away into the evening sun, with the merlin fading away. I actually think I fell in love with that merlin before the aircraft. This was about 4 years ago, and we had just started doing World War two in history. I just found it so interesting (excuse the horrible impact of those words) that in so short a time ago, the world was in conflict. Then the Battle of Britain was taught in detail, and everything hit home to me. I realised that people DIED in those Spitfires, Hurricanes and all the other aircraft. I started becoming interested in aviation in general, and started really researching the Second World War in my own time, reading related books in our school library. I want to say thank you to all those men and women who died, and in my opinion, I can do this by knowing about them, their daily struggles, victories, and deaths. If I know of them, they will not be forgotten, and by God I promise you all now, when I have my own children, they too will know of the sacrifices that were made so they could live in an unopressed society. I owe it to them all.
