Where i live, in a valley along the river Wye, theres a hill known as the Kymin, that i used to use when was in CCF for navagation training the recruits. Somehow the lesson turned into aircraft recognition. One recruit (thick as pig swill) asked what a tornado looked like. Almost on cue, two tornadoes came hurtling at us at almost exactly eye level and sped past at a high speed (although not afterburner).

I cannot agree with rdc1000 more. I have just returned from holiday so have only just got back on forum. All i can say is that we have survived more than this, but it is still appalling that some scum that has the nerve to call themselves muslim and even as human beings can condone blowing up innocent individuals. However, don’t forget the last time a little corporal who tried came a cropper (pardon the quote), and i daresay it is only a matter of time before every muslim will abhor these terrorists as much as the people that they maim and kill. (NB, this is NOT an attack on the Muslim population, of whom i have many friends, but a statement of fact that as horrible that it is to admit, there are some who still believe that they will bring about change by terror). I sign off for the moment by saying that with courage we (and our allies) will defeat these scum

Steveyoung, actually it as the WELSH Bowmen who were feared, going back to medieval times. Whilst they were in the English Army, as they were captured, they were not English in nationality… A picky point, i know, but i’m a bit of a stickler for detail when Welsh history is involved…
