According to sources, all 4/4.5 gen fighters suffered from the presence of F-35 (I was expecting that to happen to be honest) not a word on Rafale oe F-16/F-15 topics/forums, so I was wondering is any of you had some insight as to how Typhoon did perform during the event?
There was only two times they were part of the same exercise : one boldquest and on trilat. Boldquest was about comms mainly and F-35 did not participate to the 1st week of trilat consequently there was no opposition known as such during asymetrical exercises between F-35 and eurocanards (blue on blue during red flag). Summer should tell us a lot with arctic exercise in Finland.
The USAF doesn’t want nor need the F-15X. Just being pushed by some”politicians” as corporate welfare for Boeing.
Feel free to think so. That is not what they say.
Then feel free to keep posting “absurd” post and even fewer people will visit this forum………..:stupid:
Ppl like you or other fanboys from F-16.net ? Good!
Tango, post back please!
Dunno for pylons, but AASL is being integrated .
Air Force was clear. They need F-15 as a complement to F-35 for some of PCA missions involving big missiles
Why would they when they tech is probably as advanced as.
There is nothing to disagree on. A nice presentation video as all shallbe.
It is Tango’s choice to repost news here. Not a problem if he ruffles some feathers. Ppl can quietly comment and say their opinion.
It is probably going to happen because in several area the F-15 is still a beast and can, for example, lift very large ammos (such as hypersonic missiles). It ca also be much faster for a “push”. So why not?
USAF to buy 80 F-15X on a 5 years plan. Trump signed the bill to prevent F-35 delivery to Turkey.
Ah forgot. Trump signed a bill to prevent sales of F-35 to Turkey.
In the meanwhile USAF is going to order 80 F-15X (Bloomberg)
AND taiwanese mirage disponibility is much higher since.. No comment
